Sally Parsons is a trained Early Childhood Teacher with 10 years experience teaching in Schools, Child Care Centres, Preschools and also Health Education in the Life Education Van. She has three fabulous young boys, an incredible husband and some sensational friends whose children have anaphylaxis.
